When is the 2016 Stampede?
The 2016 Calgary Stampede takes place from July 8-17, 2016. Tickets for the 2016 Rodeo and Evening Show are now on sale.
How much are tickets?
Park admission is $18 for adults and $9 for children and seniors. Tickets for the Stampede Rodeo and Evening Show start at $40 and include Park admission. A full list of ticket prices, packages can be found here, special value deals can be found here.
Are there accommodations close to the Stampede?
Stampede Park is conveniently located just southeast of downtown Calgary and walking distance from a number of hotels. As well, the Stampede is accessible by Calgary’s C-train transit system, making it easy to get to hundreds of hotels, motels and more. Click here for information, including RV parks and campgrounds.

Is Stampede Park wheelchair accessible?
The Calgary Stampede is committed to ensuring our Park is accessible to all guests, of all abilities. All sidewalks have been modified and are wheelchair accessible and paved pathways and ramps assist in wheelchair access to all buildings. The Big Four building has elevator access through the main entrance, on the east side of the building, while elevator access to the Grandstand building is available at the south tower.
Where are the ATMs located on Stampede Park?
Several ATMs are located throughout the Park during events and the 10-day Stampede. In addition, permanent ATMs are located in BMO Centre, the Big Four and the Grandstand.

Can I smoke on Stampede Park?
The Calgary Stampede is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests, employees and volunteers. All food establishments and indoor facilities are smoke free. For the comfort of all, we request that if you smoke, please use an outdoor designated smoking area located conveniently throughout the Park.
Where is the lost and found?
Stampede Park Lost and Found is located in the Security Office on the upper floor of the Big Four building on the north end. Please call 403-261-9347 or email email@example.com to inquire about lost items.
Where can I get more information on Parking?
The Calgary Stampede operates and controls all parking facilities on site. A paid parking system is operated at the prevailing rate for all events. To find out more about parking click here.
Transit to Stampede Park
Stampede Park is conveniently located adjacent to two Light Rail Transit stops on the 202 Dalhousie-Somerset/Bridlewood line. The Victoria Park/Stampede LRT Station offers direct access to the BMO Centre The Erlton/Stampede LRT Station offers access to the south end of Stampede Park. Are first aid services available?
Aaron Paramedical Services provides EMT and Paramedics for emergency medical and illness response available at various medical rooms throughout Stampede Park during normal operating hours. Please see park map for locations.
Are there police officers on Stampede Park?
The Calgary Police Service office is located in the Big Four Building, north end of the lower level and accessible via the exterior north end doors. Calgary Police Service and Stampede Security personnel are available 24 hours a day, if you require emergency assistance please call 911 or 403-261-0595
What is the ATCO Gas Lost Kids program?
Kids on Stampede Park are kept safe by being tagged by the Lost Kids Patrol as soon as they arrive through any entrance. Should a child become separated from a parent, the Lost Kids Patrol will take them to the ATCO Gas Lost Kids Centre next to Bell adrenaline ranch. The Lost Kids program operates daily.
Are pets allowed on Stampede Park?
Stampede Park cannot accommodate guests' pets. Do not leave your pets unattended in your vehicle. Kindly leave your pets at home or make arrangements to house them at a kennel. Assisted living animals are permitted.
Can I ride a bike to Stampede Park?
Bike racks are provided at the Park entrances. Bicycles/scooters/skateboards/rollerblades/heelys/segways are not permitted on Stampede Park. No storage lockers available at Park entrances.
What other accessible services are available?
There are paved pathways and ramps throughout the Park to assist with wheelchair access. All public buildings on Stampede Park are accessible. Telephones for hearing impaired individuals are available at all telephone banks.
Where are baby change stations and mothers' rooms located?
Diaper change stations are located in all outside public restrooms. Areas for breastfeeding mothers are also available in the South WestJet Skyride washroom and the Lost Kids Centre.
