Steve McDonough

Immediate Past President

Steve McDonough is a proud, life-long Calgarian and 43-year Stampede Volunteer. At the age of 13, Steve got his start at the Stampede as a Bingo Caller on the Midway, and joined the Stampede volunteer community shortly after that. Steve has found himself inspired by his late father, Terry, who was also a life-long Stampede volunteer, as well as his mom Sherry’s family, many of whom were RCMP and Ranchers in the Alberta community. Over his tenure, Steve has had the pleasure of getting to know and work alongside many of his fellow volunteers and join the Board of Directors.
