Allie Cooper is an educator, musician, and leader in Calgary’s youth performing arts community. Holding degrees in Speech-Language Sciences (2018) and Education (2020) from the University of Calgary, she brings a unique blend of educational expertise, curriculum development, and arts leadership to her work with young performers. Her professional experience spans both education and program development, including work as a special education teacher and as a curriculum and program developer for the Calgary Stampede.

An alumna of the Stampede Showband, the Calgary Stetson Show Band, and the Calgary Round-Up Band, Allie has held a diverse range of instructional and design roles, including leading visual and brass programs as well as and drill design for both summer and winter productions. In addition to her work with the Showband, she serves as Program Director of the Calgary Round-Up Band, where she cultivates meaningful educational experiences for young performers through innovative programming, mentorship, and leadership development.

Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to student growth, Allie creates inclusive, high-impact learning environments that empower young people to thrive both in the performing arts and beyond.
