Mackinley May

Visual Instructor

Mackinley first joined the Round-Up Band in 2012. He then moved into the Calgary Stetson Show Band in 2014 and then the Calgary Stampede Showband from 2015-2017. He also marched two seasons between 2018 and 2019 in DCI with the Madison Scouts and Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps. Mackinley has been teaching with Round-Up since 2017, and this is his first year on the visual team with the Stampede Showband.

Outside of band, Mackinley completed his Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science. He currently works for the band's recruiting team.
